The Richmond Hill Canoe Club is holding its annual
Open House on Saturday May 23rd from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
RHCC is a not-for-profit Canoe and Kayak Racing Club offering programs for beginner, recreational and competitive paddlers of all ages. The paddlers make a substantial commitment to training and represent the club very well at all levels of competition. RHCC has had Canadian Olympians, National team members and PanAm games representation. RHCC also runs a Dragon Boat program, providing a great team activity for external clubs, teams and corporate groups.
How can you join in the fun?
You can try out a boat at our “Try it for a Toonie” event. There will also be a special Dragon Boat demonstration by the Brainwaves Team with an opportunity to join the team in the dragon boat for your own personal paddling experience! Learn about the difference between racing kayaks & canoes and recreational boats and see the racing boats being demonstrated by our talented athletes.
The Richmond Hill Canoe Club is located just south of North Lake Road & Bayview Avenue in the Town of Richmond Hill.
